Q: How long is the current queue for orders?

A: We are in stock on respirators and orders are shipping within 3 business days.

Q: Has my order shipped?

A: As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with shipment confirmation. This email will contain a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your order. Please allow sufficient time from when the order was first placed until when it is shipped, before expecting a confirmation email.

Q: What is the difference between a High-Bridge and Low-Bridge respirator?

A: The O2 Curve is available in two different sizes: High-Bridge fit and Low-Bridge fit. The respirator size you need will depend on the shape and structure of your nose. A High-Bridge respirator is made to fit a raised or angled nose bridge that is near eye level, whereas a Low-Bridge respirator is made to fit a more flat or wide nose bridge that is below eye level. Do not equate the respirator size to anything other than the size of your nose.
